STEPPED POLES

The stepped pole is considered the product of tradition.

It is a very simple structure, suitable for multiple uses, such as urban and extra-urban lighting.

 

It is made of S235 JR steel (compliant with EN 10219 standard), and is obtained through pipes, joined together by circumferential welding.

 

Welding is performed with a procedure approved by the Italian Welding Institute, with the help of qualified personnel.

 

They are complete with the following standard characteristics:

 

  • cable entry slot
  • ground support welded to the pole
  • slot for terminal block

They are equipped with CE marking in compliance with the UNI EN 40-3 and UNI EN 40-5 standards

 

Poles are hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc bath in compliance with the EN ISO 1461 standard.

 

On customer request, powder coating is available according to UNI EN ISO 2409, class 1-2808 – DIN 53132-ASTM B117 Standards.

Straight round conical poles

The conical pole is part of the range of products with lower environmental impact, thanks to the slim and elegant shape, suitable for any type of context, such as traditional lighting or urban furniture.

 

With a truncated cone shape with a circular section, the conical pole is made by bending trapezoids in S235 JR steel sheet (compliant with UNI EN 10025 standard) and is subsequently welded longitudinally, with a procedure approved by the Italian welding institute, through qualified personnel.

 

The poles are equipped with CE marking in compliance with the UNI EN 40-3 and UNI EN 40-5 standards

 

They are complete with the following standard characteristics:

 

  • cable entry slot
  • ground support welded to the pole
  • slot for terminal block

Poles are hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc bath in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.

 Straight conical poles with base plate

Conical poles with circular section, made from S 235 JR – UNI 10025 – sheet steel, welded lengthwise according to a process executed in accordance with the “Italian Institute of Welding”.

Hot deep galvanized in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461. The poles are supplied with base plate and hole for cable passage, anchor bolts, earthing device and flushed inspection door, dim. 300×85, with steel screw with triangular head, component that cannot be lost.

Dimensions tolerances:     UNI EN 40-2

CYLINDRICAL POLES

 

The cylindrical pole is the green multifunctional product par excellence.

 

Thanks to the slim and clean shape, suitable for insertion in any type of environment, it is widely used especially in the field of street furniture.

 

It is made with the use of S235JR steel circular section pipes (compliant with UNI EN 10219 standard) and is available in a wide range of diameters, thicknesses and lengths.

 

They are complete with the following standard characteristics:

 

  • cable entry slot
  • ground support welded to the pole
  • slot for terminal block

They are equipped with CE marking in compliance with UNI EN 40-3 and UNI EN 40-5 standards

SQUARE SECTION POLES

The square pole is used in the most varied urban contexts, such as squares, parks or residential areas, where the architectural project requires a visible product with great personality, suitable for supporting design equipment.

 

It is obtained by processing ERW steel tubes S235JR UNI-EN 10025 cold formed.

 

Poles are hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc bath in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.

OCTAGONAL POLES FOR MT-LT AERIAL LINES

NCM solutions for energy transport aim at reducing the environmental impact by recycling the product at the end of its life.

 

They are made of S235JR-S355JR steel sheet (compliant with UNI EN 10025 standard), press-folded and longitudinally welded using a procedure approved by the Italian Welding Institute, with the help of qualified personnel.

 

The welds are subjected to quality control and testing in accordance with UNI EN 3834-2 standard.

 

They have an 8/16 sided polygonal shape and are made up of one or more sections depending on the height.

 

The coupling between sections takes place with the slip-on-Joint method.

 

They are complete with the processes as per Enel Unification according to the type of pole.

 

They are supplied galvanized according to UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.

 

Each pole is identified by marking the manufacturer’s initials, the pole’s initials and the year of manufacture.

Poligonal Poles for aerial lines MT-LT

UNIFICATION ENEL DS3010

An external bituminous bandage is provided for type L, A, B poles, for the other types of poles this bandage is not normally provided but can be performed on request. All posts will be supplied with end caps on top of post.

The poles to support the photovoltaic panels are used both for the lighting of roads and areas distant from the electricity grid and for inaccessible places, such as mountain areas.

 

They can be conical or tapered in shape.

 

Normally they are supplied with support for the panel and already prepared for the installation of the components necessary for the operation of the system.

 

The poles are equipped with CE marking in compliance with UNI EN 40-3 and UNI EN 40-5 Standards

Fence poles are used as supports for protection nets, which surround sports facilities and parks.

 

They are made of S235JR steel (compliant with UNI EN 10219 standard), and obtained through the circumferential welding of pipes with decreasing diameters upwards welded longitudinally tapered in shape, they are complete with hooks to support the net along the entire length and equipped with a PVC cap for closing at the top.

 

Welding is performed with a procedure approved by the Italian Welding Institute, with the help of qualified personal.

The range of N.C.M. includes street furniture poles, which are widely used in cities, squares and tourist areas.

 

Conical, tapered, cylindrical and square supports are available with shelves of various shapes and sizes.

Stepped poles, made from welded pipe to standard UNI EN10219, transversal arc welded on the step points according to a process executed in accordance with the “Italian Institute of Welding”.

Manufactured in steel S 235 JR, hot deep galvanized in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

The poles are supplied with pulleys, polyester rope and hooks for fixing the flag
