The traffic light pole is used in metropolitan cities and represents a practical solution for signage support.

It consists of a vertical section with an octagonal shape, made by press-bending trapezoidal steel sheets in S355JR steel (in accordance with UNI EN 10025), which are then welded together. The pole also includes a curved tubular arm made of S235JR-S355JR steel (according to UNI EN 10219). The two parts are joined together using a series of bolts.

Welds are performed using a process certified by the Italian Welding Institute, with the support of qualified personnel.

Their practicality lies in the possibility to rotate the arm, allowing the passage of oversized loads.

The poles are hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc bath in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

Upon customer request, powder coating is available, carried out in accordance with UNI EN ISO 2409, class 1-2808 – DIN 53132 – ASTM B117.

The straight semaphore poles are vertical structures used to support one or more traffic lights, managing the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at intersections or other critical road points. These poles are designed to ensure the visibility of traffic signals and to provide effective and safe traffic control.

Shape and Dimensions: The semaphore poles are cylindrical in shape and can vary in height and size based on the architectural or road context in which they are installed.

Material: The semaphore poles are made of S235JR steel (in accordance with the UNI EN 10025 standard).

Height: In the standard version, the poles are provided with a total height of 3.6 m and 4 m.

Ground Fixing: The poles are embedded directly in a concrete foundation block.

Finish: The semaphore poles come with a protective coating consisting of hot-dip galvanization, which is capable of resisting weather conditions. Upon request, powder coating is available to enhance durability and visual appearance.

Compatibility with Traffic Lights and Road Signs: The semaphore poles are designed to support traffic lights and road signs as necessary, according to the specific needs of the location and type of intersection.

Urban Design: They are designed with an aesthetic focus to harmoniously integrate with the surrounding environment.

Pedestrian crossing poles consist of a vertical section with an octagonal shape, made by press-bending and longitudinal welding of trapezoidal steel sheets in S355JR steel (in compliance with UNI EN 10025), and a horizontal section with a circular cross-section. The connection between the two sections is achieved using a series of bolts.

Welding is carried out using a certified process by the Italian Welding Institute, with the support of qualified personnel.

The poles are hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a zinc bath, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

Upon customer request, powder coating is available, executed according to UNI EN ISO 2409, class 1-2808 – DIN 53132 – ASTM B117.

These poles are manufactured with polygonal cross-sections and can be equipped with lighting fixtures, combining advertising and lighting functions in one solution.

They are customized based on the specific needs of the customer.
